Generally, we collect your personal information from you.  For example, we may collect information from you when you complete our Online Credit Application, register for an account to use our services, or when you provide us with information, whether in person, by telephone, online or in writing.  If you submit an order (including by telephone or online), we will collect information necessary to fulfil that order.

However, we may also collect personal information about you, including your credit information or credit eligibility information, from someone other than you (for example from any other organisation with which you have had dealings or which you have nominated to act as trade referee, from a credit reporting body or from publicly maintained records.

Access to personal information is limited to our employees and contractors who specifically need it to carry out their business responsibilities and to provide our services to you.
